How to ask

1. In the game, open Settings → Account and note your collector's name.
2. Email support@buenoworks.app with the subject Delete my Specimens account. Include your collector's name, and if you signed in with Google, send it from that Google email address.

We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account, including the email address from Google sign-in
• Your collector's name and avatar
• Your saved progress, journal and settings on our servers
• Your Daily Puzzle and Ranked results, which also removes you from the rankings

Nothing is kept afterwards. To clear the copy on your phone as well, uninstall the game.

Ads data

Ad data is handled by Google AdMob, not by us. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
